1. Bingo Game with Blizzards by Arlene Erlbach
For my bingo game, I would do this vocabulary activity as a review toward the end of the unit. I will pass out bingo charts with the terms in the spaces. The students will be given little chips to cover their words with. The teacher will call out definitions and the students will cover the appropriate terms with their pieces.

2. Weather Words worksheet with Hurricanes by Arlene Erlbach
The teacher will have an anchor chart of vocabulary terms hanging on the wall. The teacher will draw the names of two students at a time to pick which weather term they want to use. This will be done until each student has a term. The teacher will explain to the students that they have to write their term under the “New Word” section, an experience that they have had with their term under “Personal Connection,” the definition in the “Definition” section, and draw a picture of their term in the “Visual Connection” section. After the students have completed the worksheet, they will share what their words with the rest of the class.

3. Matching Game with Tornados by Arlene Erlbach
The students will be divided into smaller groups and each group will have a set of matching cards. The cards will be placed face down on the ground. The students will have to match the word with the definition.
